• Cancellation 7 days prior to check-in: Full Refund
• Cancellation less than 7 days: No Refund
• No refund for reservations between December 20th and January 10th

No Show Policy:

For guaranteed reservations that result in a no-show, Kerala Green Tourism reserves the right to charge retention fees equivalent to one night's stay.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be subject to deductions for bank transactions. For credit card transactions, refunds will be issued to the same credit card used for the initial payment.

Child Policy:

• Children up to 5 years old stay complimentary when sharing the room with adults.
• Children aged above 5 years will be chargeable.
